My daily work is about guiding customers’ HR teams in configuring and adapting their Global HRM software to fit their business processes. These business processes differ from one customer to another depending on the nature of business and also the company culture.

Last year I was involved in a project implementing HR software solutions for a nonprofit organization that is working in nearly 100 countries and provides assistance to children and families affected by natural disasters, civil conflicts, poverty or hunger.

Participating in this project was really rewarding for me, as I could witness how the process of setting up Meta4’s software increased the collaboration capacity of the non-profit organization and its business leaders as it enabled inspiration and supported effective cooperation.

For an organization serving 100 million people all around the world, it is very gratifying to see  how a comprehensive Global HRM software solution is fulfilling the company’s mission, in case of disasters, earthquakes, hurricanes, floodings… etc., smoothing key business processes through:

  • Enabling and supporting mass recruitment and hiring processes
  • Spotting quickly experts or specialists (job/skills/background) in a certain field
  • Quick access to emergency contact information for employees/volunteers
  • Accurate headcount reports for emergency resource planning
  • Managing employee training programs

The HR team members in each country are providing them with the resources/support they need to perform their humanitarian work. This fact makes employees to look ahead beaming with confidence and to become successful in their endeavors   I have to admit I felt very proud to discover the positive impact of Meta4’s software when it came to optimizing their HR business processes and that we all were joining forces to build a better world.
