These business processes differ from one customer to another depending on the nature of business and also the company culture.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Last year I was involved in a project implementing HR software solutions for a nonprofit organization that is working <strong>in nearly 100 countries<\/strong> and provides assistance to children and families affected by natural disasters, civil conflicts, poverty or hunger.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Participating in this project was really rewarding for me, as I could witness how the process of setting up Meta4\u2019s software increased the collaboration capacity of the non-profit organization and its business leaders as it enabled inspiration and supported effective cooperation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For an organization serving 100 million people all around the world, it is very gratifying to see &nbsp;how a comprehensive <strong>Global HRM software solution is fulfilling the company&#8217;s mission,<\/strong> in case of disasters, earthquakes, hurricanes, floodings\u2026 etc., smoothing key business processes through:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Enabling and supporting <strong>mass recruitment and hiring processes<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Spotting quickly experts or specialists<\/strong> (job\/skills\/background) in a certain field<\/li>\n<li><strong>Quick access to emergency contact information<\/strong> for employees\/volunteers<\/li>\n<li><strong>Accurate headcount reports<\/strong> for emergency resource planning<\/li>\n<li>Managing employee <strong>training programs<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><!--\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/static.hsstatic.net\/BlogImporterAssetsUI\/ex\/missing-image.png\" data-originalsrc=\"http:\/\/blog.meta4.com\/files\/2013\/02\/articulo_blog2.jpg\" rel=\" noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-1195\" style=\"background-color: #eeeeee; padding: 0px; border: none;\" src=\"https:\/\/static.hsstatic.net\/BlogImporterAssetsUI\/ex\/missing-image.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"216\" height=\"324\" data-originalsrc=\"http:\/\/blog.meta4.com\/files\/2013\/02\/articulo_blog2.jpg\"><\/a>This Global HRM project<strong> is not aimed to increase the company\u2019s profit margin<\/strong>, but to provide emergency relief to communities, to advocate for justice on behalf of the poor and to help saving lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">During two of my <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.meta4.com\/?cat=167\">trips \u201c<em>to the field\u201d<\/em> <\/a>last year, I have witnessed how families and children of Kedougou (Africa) and Mae Hong Son (Asia) communities are <strong>progressing towards sustainability thanks to the NGO\u2019s cooperation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The HR team members in each country are providing them with the resources\/support they need to perform their humanitarian work.
