This is a worldwide issue. Gallup research shows that only 13% of employees around the world are actively engaged at work, and more than twice that number are so disengaged they are likely to spread negativity to others&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.inc.com\/bill-murphy-jr\/9-things-successful-people-do-when-working-from-home.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">9 Things Successful People Do When Working From Home<\/a>, by Bill Murphy JR., Inc.com<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">I wrote the first draft of this column before 8 a.m. on a Sunday, working in my pajamas at the standing desk in my home office. A new study says I have good company in that kind of work flexibility, and not just among entrepreneurs and those who work for themselves.
